The Ardmore is a time travelers’ dream come true. The moment you climb aboard our 1915 Otis Electric Elevator, you’ll be transported back in time. As you enter the apartment’s formal foyer you’ll be greeted by “The Golden Lady” statue, a miniature replica from Chicago’s Columbian Exposition of 1893.

Chicago history runs throughout the apartment with artifacts from the Edgewater Beach Hotel and “Serpetine Dance” sensation La La Loie. Plus dozens of early photo prints tell the story of those who made Chicago great.
